浙江省经济增长对碳排放的影响研究

A Study of the Effect of Economic Growth on Carbon Emissions in Zhejiang Province

本文利用2000—2012年浙江九个地市的面板数据,分析浙江省经济增长对碳排放的影响。总体上,当前浙江经济增长和碳排放之间存在负向作用,已超过倒"U"型环境库兹涅兹曲线的拐点。浙江各地情况有所差异:丽水市的经济增长对碳减排影响不显著;嘉兴、金华、台州三市的经济增长对碳减排的促进作用大于杭州、温州、湖州和绍兴;宁波以石化冶金产业为主的临港型经济使其不符合倒"U"型曲线,经济增长对碳排放存在正向作用。政府应对不同地市的情况,需制定更具针对性的碳减排政策。

This paper selects the panel data from nine cities in Zhejiang province from 2000 to 2012 in order to explore whether there is a long-run equilibrium relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions in Zhejiang. In general, economic growth in Zhejiang has exceeded the turning point of the inverted U-shape environmental Kuznets curve. Nine cities can be divided into two distinct groups because of their different circumstances. The effect of economic growth on carbon emissions shows a big gap between one group（Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Huzhou and Shaoxing（and the other（Jiaxing, Jinhua and Taizhou）. Ningbo and Lishui are not significant in the empirical study. Local governments have to make policies according to the actual different situations.
