俄罗斯喀山地区伊斯兰教形成、发展有其特殊的历史背景,曾经是俄国伊斯兰教中心,地位极为重要。其后受俄罗斯的严格约束限制。到叶卡捷琳娜二世时,放宽信仰,使伊斯兰教发展迅速,成为伊斯兰教文化中心。

The development of the Russian Empire and it special history backgrounds were the center of Russian Islam center,which was of great importance. Afterwards,it was restricted. During the Catherine II,people had free choices to choose the religious belief,which makes it develop rapidly and becomes a center of Islam.
