摘要 21世纪,计算机和网络信息技术的飞速发展对教育方式冲击毋庸置疑,也为我国大学英语教学改革带来新的机遇。但基于网络环境的大学生英语自主学习现状却无法让人乐观。为深化当前大学英语教学改革,提高大学生的英语自主学习能力,高校急需建立一套能有效地评价大学英语自主学习效果的机制。以认知心理学为理论基础,以基于校园网的学习平台为依托,建立适合大学生英语自主学习的评价机制,包括平台建设、评价模块建设。 The fast development of computer and Internet technology in 21 stcentury is impacting the methods of education as well as benefiting college English teaching reform in China,but college students' autonomous English learning can not make people reassuring. Chinese colleges are badly in need of establishing an effective mechanism for assessing autonomous English learning effects in order to deepen the reform and improve college students' autonomous English learning ability. The paper,based on cognitive theories and the learning platform on campus network,discusses the ways of building the assessment mechanism for Chinese college students' autonomous English learning.
