Analysis of the Current Situation and Strategy of Medical Students' Career Planning

随着就业形势日益严峻,就业教育的重要性逐渐凸显,树立一种注重人的全面发展,强调开发人的潜能,以人的可持续发展为第一需要而且可以受益终生的生涯规划教育理念势在必行。本文分析了医学院校职业生涯规划教育现状和存在问题,提出树立正确教育理念、加强专业队伍建设、构建教学和实践体系、创新教育模式和思路等改进措施。

With the increasingly serious employment situation, the importance of employment educa- tion is becoming more and more important. It is imperative to establish an educational idea for career planning, which is concentrating on the all-around development of the students, emphasizing to po- tential development, regarding individual sustainable development as the primary need, furthermore, is helpful throughout the students＇ lifetime.
