Construction of Hidden Curriculum and the Training of International Medical Students

隐性课程在医学留学生培养中起着不可或缺的作用。为此,提出建设有多元文化特色的校园环境、制定符合留学生实际的教育管理制度、营造以人文精神为核心的大学文化与氛围、开展丰富的留学生校园文化活动等建议,以加强医学留学生隐性课程建设。

Hidden curriculum plays an integral role in the training of international medical students. This paper proposes ways to promote the hidden curriculum for international medical students： to build the multicultural campus environment, to formulate the education management system for inter- national medical students, to create the campus culture and atmosphere with the human spirit at its core, to organize rich activities for international medical students.
