摘要
当前口腔专业学位研究生教育已逐步与住院医师规范化培训相衔接,临床培训实现同一化管理,但研究生学位教育与住院医师规范化培训相比在科研能力方面却有着更高的要求,哪种培养方式最能兼顾研究生的临床训练及科学研究仍值得探讨。作者所在医院口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤科要求部分本专科临床学位研究生参与口腔肿瘤登记制度,结果表明口腔肿瘤登记制度对提高研究生学习成绩、临床科研能力和建立临床科研思维起到了促进作用。本文就口腔肿瘤登记制度对口腔医学生专业课学习的促进作用和临床科研思维培训的启蒙意义进行探讨。
Nowadays, the training mode of clinical professional degree postgraduate and stomatological residency training had formally connected(same management mode)in Beijing. However, there was a higher standard in scientific research training for clinical professional degree postgraduate than resi~ dency training. And it was still controversial on which mode were the best training for students to balance between the clinical capability and scientific research level. The department of oral and maxiL lofacial-head and neck ontology in our hospital was attempting to make students take part in oral canc- er registry system. The results indicated that the students who participated in the oral cancer registry system(experimental group)had an obviously better academic performance, a higher capability of clin- ically scientific research than those in control group. This paper will focus on the positive significance in academic record and enlightenment meaning in the scientific research capability of oral cancer regis- try system for clinical professional degree postgraduate.
