心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白在心脏外科围术期的研究进展

摘要 心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白(heart-type fatty-acid binding protein,H-FABP)是最近几年新发现的急性心肌损伤的标志物,在急性心肌损伤的早期(0~15 min)即可检测到H-FABP浓度,1~2 h内达到峰值水平,12 h内恢复到正常水平,相较于其他传统心肌损伤标志物有更高的灵敏度及特异性。H-FABP的这些特性使其在临床中具有良好的应用前景。本文从H-FABP的生物学特性,检测方法以及其在心脏外科围术期的研究进展进行了综述。
