承担多样化军事任务海军官兵的心理压力

PSYCHOLOGICAL PRESSURE OF NAVAL OFFICERS AND SOLDIERS PERFORMING MULTIPLE MILITARY TASKS

目的调查承担多样化军事任务海军官兵的心理压力及其影响因素,为进一步做好海军官兵心理保障提供科学依据。方法采用自编心理压力量表及一般情况调查表对整群抽样的422名舰艇官兵进行调查,探讨舰艇官兵心理压力及其与性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、职务级别、舰艇类型、驻舰时间等因素的关系。结果承担多样化军事任务海军官兵心理压力Likert 4点评分为1.95±0.51。在社会性和工作性质维度上,尉官心理压力评分均明显高于士兵、士官和校官;驻护卫舰官兵在社会性、环境、身体、工作性质维度上的心理压力评分均明显大于驻船坞登陆舰和驱逐舰官兵;驻舰时间3年以上的官兵在社会性、身体和工作性质维度上的心理压力评分均明显高于驻舰3年以下的官兵。结论承担多样化军事任务海军官兵有一定的心理压力,不同职务级别、舰艇类型、驻舰时间对海军官兵心理压力有不同影响。

Objective To investigate the psychological pressure of the naval officers and soldiers perform- ing multiple military tasks, in order to provide the evidence to improve their mental health. Methods A total of 422 officers and soldiers from warships were selected by cluster sampling; and self-made questionnaire including four di- mensions ： soeiality, environment, body condition, working nature was used to observe the relations between the men- tal pressure and the gender, or marriage, education, rank, warships type, times in warship. Results The score of jun- ior officers, mental pressure in soeiality and work nature was higher than that of field officers＇ , sergeants＇ and the soldiers＇ pressure;the score of mental pressure in four dimenzions of the officers and the soldiers in the frigate was higher than that of the officers and soldiers in the destroyer and dock landing ship;the score of mental pressure of the officers and soldiers more than 3 years in warships was higher than that less than 3 years in warships. Conclu- sions The naval officers and soldiers performing multiple military tasks have certain degree psychological pressure. The rank, warship type, time in warship are related to the psychological pressure of the naval officers and soldiers.
