打浆酶在吸水衬纸生产中的应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 研究了在吸水衬纸生产过程中,添加一定量的打浆酶预处理针叶木浆对打浆能耗的影响,通过测定吸水衬纸的抗张指数、透气度、横向吸液性能来反映打浆酶预处理的效果。结果表明,打浆酶预处理不但可以有效节约打浆能耗,降低生产成本,同时还可以提高吸水衬纸的抗张指数、透气度、横向吸液性能,提升吸水衬纸的品质。 This study dealt with refining energy saving by pre-treatment of the soft word ifber with beating enzyme in the process of production carrier tissue for hygienic products. The effects of enzymatic pre-treatment were evaluated by determining the tensile index, porosity and liquid absorbency in cross direction for carrier tissue. The results show that beating enzyme treatment is of beneift to save reifning energy, improve tensile index, paper porosity and liquid absorbency in cross direction.
