某市三甲医院护士中医体质分布及影响因素分析

Analysis on the distribution and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine constitutions among clinical nurses of a third-grade class-A hospital in a city

目的通过调查了解某市三甲医院临床护士的中医体质分布及影响因素,为该群体调理偏颇体质向平和质转化,提高护理工作效率和生活质量提供参考。方法采用现况调查方法,通过问卷调查获取临床护士中医体质和影响因素相关信息,采用描述性统计、单因素分析和Logistic回归方法对数据进行分析。结果临床护士中医体质分布,平和质仅为23.01%,阳虚质所占比率最大,占43.45%。单因素分析显示,不同职称组间、年龄组间、学历组间和疲惫感组间的偏颇体质发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、学历和疲惫感对偏颇体质的发生有影响。结论三甲医院临床护士的偏颇体质比例相对普通人群偏高,职称、年龄、学历和疲惫感是偏颇体质发生的影响因素。

Objective To investigate the distribution and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine constitutions among clinical nurses of a third - grade class - A hospital in a city so as to provide references for adjusting clinical nurses＇ patho- logical constitutions and improving nursing efficiency and their quality of life. Methods A cross - sectional investigation was performed by questionnaires to obtain the data about distribution and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine constitut- ions of clinical nurses in a third - grade class - A hospital in a city. And then the data were analyzed by using descriptive staffs- ties, univariate analysis ＇and Logistic regression analysis. Results The distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitut- ions of the clinical nurses showed that the ratio of gentleness constitution was only 23.01%, while the ratio of Yang- deficiency constitution reached 43.45 %. The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of pathological constitutions among nurses with different professional titles, ages, educational backgrounds and weariness degrees （P 〈 0.01）. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that age, educational background and weariness degree affected the incidence of pathological constitutions. Conclusions The ratio of pathological constitutions of clinical nurses in this 3 - grade A- class hospital is higher than that of the general population. Age, educational background and weariness de- gree are the factors influencing the incidence of pathological constitutions.
