MSCT引导下行肺穿刺活检对肺部肿块的诊断有效性及安全性评价

摘要 选取近两年内在本医院行MSCT引导肺穿刺活检患者100例,总结分析MSCT引导下患者的诊断效果。结果100例患者经穿刺均取得成功,经穿刺临床病例确诊恶性肿瘤有70例,良性病变有22例,肿瘤患者中,敏感性或者特异性分别为93.3%以及88.0%,100例患者术后有4例(4.0%)并发气胸,3例(3.0%)并发痰中带血,1例(1.0%)并发肺内出血,在经保守治疗后均痊愈。MSCT引导肺穿刺活检手术在诊断肺部肿块方面效果明显,安全可靠方便,值得大力提倡和推广。
