胰腺癌诊治近况与进展

Recent Progress in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer

由于胰腺癌发病率每年均有升高趋势,患者具有较高的死亡率,故该疾病为亟待解决的临床疾病之一。目前胰腺癌的诊断治疗主要以早期诊断以及辅助性治疗为主,治疗方式则主要包括手术治疗,放疗、化疗、中医治疗、介入治疗等,每一种治疗方式各不相同,因此必须要针对患者的实际情况进行分析,并采取相应的治疗方式。本文主要着手分析胰腺癌的诊治近况,对该疾病的早期诊断及治疗进行分析,并提出几点合理的建议,为胰腺癌的诊治提供科学的理论依据。

The incidence of pancreatic cancer every year increasing, patients have a higher mortali- ty, so the disease was one of the clinical disease urgent. At present the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer mainly in the early diagnosis and adjuvant treatment primarily, treatment was mainly include operation therapy, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, Chinese medicine treatment, inter- ventional treatment, each treatment of each were not identical, therefore, must according to the actual situation of patients for analysis, and take corresponding treatments. This paper mainly to the status quo analysis of diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer, early diagnosis and treat- ment of the disease were analyzed, and put forward some reasonable suggestions, and to provide a scientific basis for diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
