CA125 was a glycoprotein, was first found by Bast et al in epithelial ovarian cancer cells. With the continuous development and progress of modem science and technology of medical level, many schola＇rs have found that CA125 has an important significance in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases, caused the wide attention of people.
