摘要
高压支柱瓷绝缘子断裂事故频有发生,严重威胁电网的安全运行。文中结合某站绝缘子断裂事故,对其进行了宏观检查及微观组织检测,分析结果表明:该类型绝缘子存在缺砂及胶装气孔严重缺陷,同时微观组织中存在气孔率偏高、玻璃相裂纹、Ti O2杂质相等缺陷,在微观上会形成裂纹源,导致了绝缘子强度的降低,并对其提出了相应的监督措施,对设计、制造、运行有一定的借鉴意义。
Fracture accidents of post porcelain insulators happen frequently, which seriously threatens safe operation of the power grid. In this study, a fracture accident of the insulator in a substation was investigated. The macroscopic check and microstructure analysis were conducted, and the results showed that this insulator has the defects of sand absence, serious binding pores, high porosity, cracks in glass phase, and Ti02 contamination in microstructure, which may form the sources of cracks to weaken the strength of the insulator. Accordingly, some countermeasures are suggested in terms of the design, manufacture, and operation of this type of insulators.
