摘要
晶闸管控制单元是特高压用晶闸管换流阀的核心器件,其主要功能是实现阀控和换流阀之间信号的光电转换,完成对换流阀的触发、保护、状态检测等功能。笔者对目前主要采用的两种晶闸管控制单元设计理念和原理进行了研究,并从取能方式、正向保护触发原理、阀塔布置3个方面对两种板卡性能进行了介绍和对比,对今后开发性能更稳定可靠的高电位板具有理论和实际的指导意义。
Thyristor control unit is the core device of UHVDC converter valves, and its main function is to complete the light-electric conversion of signals between VBE and converter valve, and also has the functions of protection,triggering,detection to converter valve.In this paper,two kinds of current thyristor control unit are analyzed from their design concept and principle. Their performances such as power supply way, positive protection & triggering principle, thyristor tower arrangement are introduced and compared. It is of theoretical and practical reference to future converter valve thyristor control unit which have better stability and reliability.
