摘要
针对传统空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法运算量大的问题,提出一种输出波形质量与SVPWM算法完全等效的载波调制算法,无需进行识别扇区、计算有效时间和选择电压矢量,具有计算时间短、易于硬件实现等特点。给出了适用于任意奇数电平的统一的零序分量表达式,并将三电平载波脉宽调制(TCPWM)算法应用到有源中点箝位五电平(ANPC-5L)变换器中,通过实验证明了TCPWM算法的正确性。
Aiming at the problem of traditional space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm computationalcomplexity, a carrier modulation algorithm is proposed which output waveform quality and SVPWM algorithm are com-pletely equivalent.Valid time does not need to be calculated for identification sector and the choice of voltage vector.It has short calculation time and easily to complish the hardware implementation, etc.The presented method is applic-able to arbitrary zero sequence component expression of the unity of the odd number level and tri-level carrier pulsewidth modulation(TCPWM) algorithm is applied to the middle point of active neutral-point clamped five-level(AN-PC-5L) converter.TCPWM algorithm is verified through the experiment and the correctness of the algorithm is proved.
