价格管理法律法规是实施价格管理的依据和前提,对于保障市场经济健康发展、规范市场价格行为、合理配置市场资源、保持价格水平稳定、维护市场主体合法权益方面起着重要作用。然而,价格管理法律法规都是在一定经济社会条件下制定、颁布和实施的,随着经济社会的发展,必定会显现不足,应当适时予以修订完善,以符合时代发展的需要。

The laws and regulation of price management is the foundation and premise of the implementation of the price management, which has a significant effect in guaranteeing the healthy development of market economy, regulation of market price behavior, reasonable distribution of market resource, keeping stable price level and maintenance of the market embody profit. However, the laws and regulation of price management was enacted, issued and implemented under certain economic social conditions, and there must be some defects along with the development of economic society. Thus, it should be revised and improved to meet the demand of the era development.
