摘要
为筛选防治番茄枯萎病菌的有效药剂,采用抑菌圈法测定7种杀菌剂对番茄疮痂病的毒力,并选择抑菌作用较强的4种药剂进行田间药效试验。结果表明:噻森铜和中生菌素的抑菌作用较强,其EC50分别为6.979 5mg/L和13.203 7mg/L;农用硫酸链霉素、康地蕾得和金霉唑有一定的抑菌作用,而恶霉灵和噻唑锌的抑菌效果较差。4种药剂田间试验结果与室内筛选结果一致,以噻森铜的防效最好,高达82.12%,是防治番茄疮痂病的首选农药。
To select effective fungicides to control tomato scab,inhibition zone method was applied to determine the toxicity of the seven kinds of fungicides on tomato scab virulence and four kinds of agents among them were screened out for further field efficacy trials.The results showed that Saisentong SC and Zhongshengmycin WP had the best toxicity,of which the EC50 values were 6.979 5 mg/L and13.203 7mg/L respectively;Streptomycin WP,Kangdeleide FG and Benziothiazolinone EW had better toxicity,while Hymexazol WP and Zn thiazole SC had the worst toxicity against tomato scab.Four kinds of fungicides field test results were consistent with the screening results,the results of field trials indicated that Saisentong SC exhibited high control effect with control of 82.12%.Therefore,Saisentong SC was a superior pesticide to control tomato scab of Xiuwen.
