民族音乐对奶牛产奶量及血液激素水平的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探明民族音乐对奶牛产奶量及血液激素水平的影响,选取产奶量、年龄、胎次、泌乳期相近的荷斯坦泌乳牛32头,随机平均分成2组,试验组早、中、晚3次挤奶前各播放民族音乐2h;对照组常规饲喂,于0d、10d、20d、30d、40d、50d和60d分别测定2组奶牛早、中、晚的产奶量;且当天采牛尾静脉血10mL进行γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、五羟色胺(5-HT)、皮质醇(COR)和生长激素(GH)测定。结果表明:0~60d民族音乐组平均产奶量较对照组低12.61%,差异极显著(P〈0.01);民族音乐组奶牛血液中GABA、GH、5-HT含量分别较对照组低0.22μmol/L、0.10ng/mL和7.74ng/mL,民族音乐组奶牛血液中COR含量平均较对照组高1.33ng/mL,但差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。民族音乐通过抑制GABA、GH、5-HT,刺激COR的分泌来调控奶牛的产奶量,民族音乐对奶牛的产奶量是负面的,在生产实践中,应尽量避免给奶牛播放民族音乐。 To study the effects of folk music on milk yield and serum hormone levels of dairy cows.Thirty two healthy Holstein dairy cows with similar milk yield,age,parity and lactation were randomly divided into two treatments and 16 cows in each group.Playing folk music for 2heach time(early,middle,late)before milking in the experimental group and routine feeding conducted in the control group.Milk yields were measured at 0d,10 d,20d,30 d,40d,50 dand 60drespectively.Meanwhile,drawing10 mL venous blood from cow tail to measure GABA,5-HT,COR and GH.Results:Compared with the control group,0~60dmean milk yield of folk music group was 12.61% lower(P〈0.01);Contents of GABA,GH and 5-HT were 0.22μmol/L,0.10ng/mL and 7.74ng/mL lower respectively.COR content was 1.33ng/mL higher(P〉0.05).Folk music regulated milk yield by inhibiting secretion of GABA,GH and 5-HT and stimulating that of COR.The influence of folk music on milk production performance was negative,so folk music should be avoided to be played to cows in production practice.
