摘要
针对水动力能源系统开展了新型水动力弹射技术的探索性研究,采用数值模拟和理论分析相结合的手段对弹射过程进行了数值仿真,并采用参数选取约束分析的方法对系统结构中的重要参数进行了分析,给出从设计参数输入到关键参数选取的方法.数值仿真结果表明,两种数值方法计算结果一致性较好,验证了原理的正确性和方案的可行性.并通过关键参数优化对比,提出增大设计冗余和采用较小的压力容器中高压气室的体积比例两个参数优化的方向.
The new type hydrodynamic ejection launching was researched with the hydrodynamic source system.The numerical simulation and theory analyze methods were used to simulate the hydrodynamic ejection launching process.The parameter selection restriction analyzing method was built to analyze the important pentameters,and the method of the design parameter input and the vital parameter selecting was obtained.The results of the numerical simulation and theory analyze methods were accordant,showing the validity of the theory and the rationality of the project.Finally,the redundancy design and small volume proportion were recommended to the optimization direction through the pivotal parameter optimization and contrast.
