摘要
基于对知识资源的劳动价值、技术价值、使用价值等属性分析,提出针对单一知识资源的价值评估指标体系,建立了两阶段知识资源价值评估理论模型:采用结构方程模型验证并修正知识资源价值评估指标体系,利用层次分析法进行计算、求解.对国内某大型航天研究院知识资源价值进行评估验证,结果表明劳动价值、技术价值、使用价值对知识资源的价值有显著正影响.给出了提高企业知识资源价值评估效率的对策和建议.
Based on the analysis of labor value,technology value and utilization value,a knowledge resource evaluation index system was proposed.A two staged theoretical model was established.Structural equation modeling method was used to verify and modify the index system,analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate and analyze.According to the results of the case study from some representative aerospace researching institutions,labor value,technology value and utilization value have positive and significant relationships with knowledge resource value.Finally,some strategies and suggestions were proposed to improve the efficiency of knowledge resource evaluation in enterprises.
