醒脑静联合脑蛋白水解物对脑卒中患者神经功能损伤的影响

Effect on Neurologic injury with Treatment of Xingnaojing Jnjection joint with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection in Patients with stroke

目的探讨醒脑静联合脑蛋白水解物对脑卒中患者神经功能的影响,以优化中西医结合对脑卒中的治疗。方法选择我院2011年5月至2012年10月82例脑卒中患者纳入本研究,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组予常规基础治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予醒脑静联合脑蛋白水解物治疗,予治疗前与治疗后14天以神经功能缺损评分及临床疗效作为评价神经功能的指标。结果治疗14天后,与治疗前相比,两组患者神经功能缺损评分均降低,治疗组降低显著于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93%,对照组总有效率为84.6%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合脑蛋白水解物能有效改善脑卒中患者神经功能损伤。

Objective To study effect on the Neurologic injury with Treatment of Xingnaojing Jnjection joint with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection in Patients with stroke,in order to optimize the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of stroke.Methods choose from May 2011 to October 2012 82 cases of stroke patients enrolled in the study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group to conventional foundation treatment,the treatment group in the conventional treatment on the basis of to Xingnaojing Jnjection joint with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection treatment,before and after treatment for 14 days Neurologic injury score was tested as the main index of Neurologic injury. Results after 14 days treatment,Neurologic injury score of both groups decreased,the treatment group patients decreased more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The total efficiency in the treatment group was 93%,and 84. 6% in the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Xingnaojing Jnjection joint with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection can improve Neurologic injury on stroke patients.
