凉血散血法治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床研究

Cooling blood and dissipating blood in clinical research on the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis

目的观察凉血散血法治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法对西医诊断符合过敏性紫癜性肾炎诊断标准,中医诊断符合热毒血瘀证的患者120例,随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各60例,实验组采用口服紫癜肾胶囊治疗,对照组口服血尿胶囊治疗。疗程为12周。结果试验组尿红细胞、24小时尿蛋白方面疗效优于对照组,在中医证候疗效方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论凉血散血法治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of cooling blood and dissipating blood in treating Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis. Methods The Western medicine diagnosis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis diagnosis standard of TCM diagnosis,120 cases of heat toxin and blood stasis patients,randomly divided into 2 groups,experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group,the experimental group were treated with oral administration of Zidianshen capsule treatment,the control group oral Xueniao capsule. Treatment for 12 weeks. Results The test group of red blood cells in ruine,24 hour urinary protein side effects than the control group,in terms of TCM syndrome curative effect is better than that of the control group（ P L0. 05）. Conclusion Clinical effect of cooling blood and dissipating blood in treating Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis and reliable.
