小儿病毒性心肌炎患者的中医辨证论治

Treat children with viral myocarditis based on syndrome differentiation

目的观察对病毒性心肌炎患儿施以辨证论治的疗效。方法将病毒性心肌炎患儿136例随机分为对照组与治疗组,两组均予综合治疗措施,治疗组在此基础上实施辨证论治。结果治疗组总体疗效、心电图疗效均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论对小儿病毒性心肌炎施以辨证论治从整体上分析疾病,可以将原则性与灵活性相结合,是提高临床疗效的重要保证。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in children with viral myocarditis;Methods the 136 participants were randomly divided into observational group and control group. The two groups were both given comprehensive treatment,and the observational group children received the treatment based on their syndrome differentiation; Results Participants in observational group have better overall effect and higher electrocardiogram effect than the control group; Conclusions Treatment based on syndrome differentiation in children with viral myocarditis is the guarantee to improve clinical efficacy.
