杜仲叶药理作用新进展

The New Advances in the Pharmacological Effects of Folium Eucommiae

目的为探讨杜仲叶代替珍贵药材杜仲的可行性,介绍国内外杜仲叶药理研究进展。方法以清华同方知网、维普网、中国中医药数据库及Nature、Pub Med、Science Direct系统等为检索对象,通过主题词"杜仲叶"、"药理学"、"实验研究",检出1970年以来有关杜仲叶共计111篇中外文相关文献,筛选出有药理研究61篇文献进行分析。结果杜仲叶在防治骨质疏松、抗疲劳、抗衰老、增强免疫功能、调血脂、降血糖、降血压和心血管保护等多方面有良好的药效,具有类似杜仲皮的活性成分和药理作用。结论杜仲叶代替名贵短缺药材杜仲皮切实可行,从而可为临床推广应用和新药开发展示光明的前景。

Objective To discuss the feasibility of substituting Folium Eucommiae for the valuable ingredients of Chinese traditional medicine-Eucommia ulmoides Oliver,this article introduced advanced research on the pharmacology of Folium Eucommiae in domestic and foreign. Method Taking ‘Qinghua Tongfang＇database,‘VIP＇database,Traditional Chinese Medical Database System,Nature,Pub Med,Science Direct,etc as the retrieving objects, by these subjects ‘Folium Eucommiae or Eucommia leaf＇、‘pharmacology ＇、‘experimental study＇etc. We collect a total of 111 relevant articles of domestic and foreign sci-tech periodicals relating to Folium Eucommiae since 1970. Finally 61 articles of them related to pharmacology were selected to be analyzed,generalized and summarized.Result By analysis,we found Eucommia ulmoides leaves have good pharmacological effects in various aspects： the prevention and control of osteoporosis,resist fatigue, aging resistance, enhance the immune function, reducing blood fat, blood sugar, blood pressure and cardiovascular protection and so on,which is analogous to the active ingredients and pharmacological effects of Bark of Eucommia ulmoides.Conclusion It is feasible that substituting Folium Eucommiae for the valuable and scarcity ingredients of Chinese traditional medicine-Bark of Eucommia ulmoides,so it shows a bright future for the clinical application and extension and the developing of new drugs.
