网箱养殖框鳞镜鲤成鱼越冬试验

Overwintering Test of the Mirror Carp in Cage Culture

2008年12月-2009年5月,在集安市渭源水库—吉林省水产科学研究院标准化网箱养殖基地,进行了网箱养殖框鳞镜鲤成鱼越冬试验。试验用两只网箱,分别为规格12m×6m×4m、养殖4区的9号箱和规格为18m×9m×6m、养殖2区的10号箱。两只网箱均为无盖聚乙烯双层网箱、不沉箱原箱越冬。2008年12月13日和2009年5月1日,对两只网箱的框鳞镜鲤进行越冬前后原箱鱼全称重,抽样检测尾重、换算出尾数,记录总重、个体重和总尾数。试验结果,4区9号箱成活率99.15%,总体减重率9.38%,个体减重率8.6%;2区10号箱成活率98.67%,总体减重率6.6%,个体减重率5.4%。

In 2008 December-2009 year in May,in the cage culture base in Ji＇an city of Weiyuan reservoir of Jilin Fisheries Research Institute,the cage frame wintering experiment the mirror carp.Experiment with two cages,respectively,the specification of 12m×6m×4m,4breeding Zone No.9box and the specifications for the 18m×9m×6m,farming area 2box 10.Two cages are no cover Polyethylene double cage,not in original box caisson.In December 13,2008 and May 1,2009,the mirror carp cage of two winter before and after the original box fish weighing,sampling and testing of end weight,conversion of the mantissa,records,a total weight and total mantissa.Results the survival rate of 99.15%,4District No.9box,the weight loss rate of 9.38%,the individual weight loss rate was 8.6%;the survival rate of 98.67%2District No.10 box,the weight loss rate of 6.6%,the individual weight loss rate of 5.4%.
