摘要 对不同pH值胶体制备的半合成催化裂化(FCC)催化剂进行表征与性能评价,考察了胶体pH值对催化剂孔结构、磨损指数和反应性能的影响。结果表明,控制FCC催化剂胶体pH值,可以在不增加催化剂生产成本的前提下,改善催化剂的反应性能。胶体pH值过低不仅会导致催化剂孔体积下降,同时也会破坏分子筛活性组分,导致催化剂裂化活性降低,产品选择性变差。 The performance of semi - synthesized catalytic cracking catalyst prepared with different pH values of colloids was characterized and evaluated, and the effects of colloidal pH values on pore structure, abrasion index and reaction performance of the catalyst were investigated the reaction performance proved without increasing . The results showed that of the catalyst was improduction cost by controlling pH value of the colloids. Too low pH value of the colloids not only decreased the pore volume of the catalyst, but also destroyed the active components of the zeolite, which reduced the cracking activity and selectivity of the catalyst.
