摘要 为降低催化裂化轻汽油醚化-选择性加氢精制装置的能耗,采取了停用新氢压缩机、停用稳定塔塔底泵、优化分配一/二段脱硫率、调整轻汽油抽出率及其他节能降耗措施。结果表明,采取了这些节能降耗措施后,装置的实际年平均能耗[m(标准油)/m(汽油原料)]为30.0 kg/t,比设计值下降了15.27%。 In order to tion of a fluid catalytic reduce the energy consump- cracking (FCC) light gaso-line etherification -selective hydrofining unit, some energy-saving measures were taken, including discontinuing new hydrogen compressor, discontinuing bottom pumps of stabilizer, optimizing removal rate of sulfide in hydrodesulfurization stage one and two, adjusting cutting volume of light gasoline and so on. The results showed that after adopting the above mentioned measures, the actual annual average consumption [ m ( standard oil)/m ( gasoline feedstock ) ] of the unit was 30.0 kg/t,which was 15.27% lower than the design value.
