摘要
为解决延安石油化工厂120万t/a连续重整装置精制油硫含量超标的问题,分别从预加氢催化剂活性、物料互串、换热器泄漏及蒸发塔分离效果等方面进行了排查。结果表明,预加氢进料较基础设计数据轻组分增多,在装置高负荷运行时蒸发塔上部原设计分离能力不能满足实际需求是导致精制油总硫含量超标的主要原因。改造上部塔盘后,蒸发塔分离效果良好,装置高负荷运行时精制油硫含量合格,硫质量分数均小于0.2×10-6。
In order to solve the problem of exceeding standard of sulphur content of refined oil in the 1.2 Mt/a continuous catalytic reforming unit of Yah'an petrochemical plant, some aspects were investigated including: activity of prehydrogenation catalyst, interpenetration of materials, leakage of heat exchanger and separation effect of evaporation tower and so on. The results showed that the amount of light components in prehydrogenation feedstock was more than its design value land the factor of exceeding standard of sulphur content in refined oil was original design separation capacity of upper evaporation tower could not meet the actual demand during high loading operation of unit. After revamping the upper tower trays,evaporation tower had a better separation result, sulphur content in refined oil was qual- ified during the high load operation and the mass fractions of sulphur were all less than 0.2×10^-6.
