摘要
柳钢采用正火＋回火工艺，研制开发了预硬型塑料模具钢LG2738，并对开发结果进行分析，钢板的平均硬度值HRC30～35，其组织为回火索氏体＋少量回火屈氏体＋少量回火下贝氏体，满足模具加工和表面质量要求。
Liugang develops pre -hardened plastic die steel LG2738 by adopting normalizing and tempering proeess, analyzes the test results, which proves that the average value of hardness is ranging from HRC 30 to 35, and the mierostructure is consisted of tempered sorbite,minor tempered troostite and minor tempered lower bainite,which meets the requirements of die steel on workability and surface quality.
