摘要 以市场和就业为导向的高职高专物流管理专业办学方向给其人才培养模式带来极大挑战,技能型、创新型人才的培养成为物流专业价值创造的重点和核心,本文以物流客户服务专员岗位为例,探索胜任力模型在高职高专物流管理人才培养的应用,提出改革课程体系,更注重学生隐性胜任力的培养、以就业为导向,构建全程化职业规划教育等人才培养模式建设思路。 Logistics management with market-job-orientation in high vocational colleges makes talent training mode challengeable. Skilled and innovative talents training become the core of logistics management. This article takes logistics customer service execu-tive as an example, discusses the application of competency model in logistics management major of high vocational colleges, offers proposals of curriculum system reform, concerns on cultivating invisible competency of students, and builds professional career plan throughout education process with market-job-orientation so as to bring strategic reflection of reform in training mode of logistics man-agement majors in high vocational colleges.
