摘要
通过将中国与其他15个发展中国家的学前教育发展状况进行比较分析,发现在入园率、公立幼儿园比例、学前教育投入和师幼比四项指标上中国皆均处于中等水平。中国应继续通过提升学前教育的普及程度、增加公共学前教育资源总量、加大政府教育经费投入力度以及全面提高师幼比等措施,为提供公平且普惠的学前教育创造条件。
In the study, by the comparison of the developing level of preschool education between China and other 15 developing countries ,we find that China was at the middle level in four aspects, such as preschool education enrollment rate, proportion of public kindergartens, preschool education investment and teacher-child ratio. Therefore, China should take measure create the conditions to provide fair and generalized preferences preschool education for children such as improving children's enrollment rate, increasing the amount of public preschool education resources, increasing investment of government funding for education and enhancing the teacher-child ratio.
