摘要
教师培训备受重视,但成效屡受质疑。教师培训者和参训中小学教师问题解决式"下位"和理论引领式"上位"的目标差异,影响了培训成效。教育理论与实践的"两张皮"现象是其根本原因,教师专业发展的内涵及其达成途径的不同认知是直接原因。为实现"适应性"和"引领性"的结合,教师培训者需寻找不同价值取向的结合点,以意图"碰撞"、理论"变脸"、表达"变样"、经验的"短板揭露"、挖掘原动力等举措来促进教师深度参与培训活动,提升培训成效。
Teacher training has been paid attention, but the effect is usually questioned. There is a huge differences of teacher traininer and primary and secondary school teachers' aims. The primary and secondary school teachers want to solve practical problem in the teacher training. Teacher traininer want to lead teachers' professional growth through theory study. The differences can be called debate of Upper strata and lower strata on teacher trainining, which has great Influence on the effect of teacher training. "Two pieces of skins" Phe- nomenon on the educational theory and practice is the main reason of the debate. Different cognitive on the connotation of Teachers' professional development and ways to achieve it is the direct cause of the debate. In order to realize the combination of teacher training function "adaptability" and "leading", teacher trainers need to look for the orientation of different value. They can take measures, to promote teachers' heavily involve in the training and improve training effectiveness, for example, form collision of different aims, change the style of the theory study and expression, expose the defect of others educational experience, search for and a- rouse tachers' training motivational.
