Labor Transfer,Adoption Cost and Farmers' New Technology Adoption

从采纳成本的视角,通过构建农户新技术采纳机理分析框架,利用江苏省水稻主产区种植户的调查数据,对农户新技术采纳的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:农户新技术采纳源自劳动力转移产生的诱导力,但诱导力的作用受到信息水平、技术服务、农户组织化程度和人力资本水平的影响;其作用的内在机理表现为降低采纳成本-影响诱导力-促进农户新技术采纳。

Labor transfer causes the change of factor endowments,which generates the induction force for farmers＇ technological adoption,but the application is affected by the adoption cost. This paper constructs the mechanism frame of farmers＇ factor scarcity induced technology adoption from the angle of adoption cost and explores its influence based on survey data collected from the farmers in major rice production areas in Jiangsu Province. The result indicates that the farmers＇ new technology adoption originates from the induction force of labor transfer. However,the effect of the induction force is affected by the information level,the technical service,the organization degree of farmers and the level of human capital,and their mechanism is： when the adaption cost is reduced,the induction force will be affected,which will promote farmers＇ adoption of new technology.
