摘要
旅游服务具有显著的综合性特征,包含食、住、行、游、购、娱等要素的组合服务;同时,还需要以高效的个性化旅游服务来满足散客出游日益个性化、多元化的需求。这就需要各旅游服务企业之间在供应链层次上的协同合作。本文基于旅游服务供应链视角,分析了目前我国旅游服务面临的问题,提出了对我国旅游服务进行创新及整合的对策建议。
Tourism service has significant comprehensive characteristics which included six elements, such as food, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping and entertainment. As the individual tourism demands are increasingly personalized and diversified, tourism service supplies are faced more challenges, so collaboration on supply chain for enterprises is needed. The paper analyzed the problems of the tourism services in China and put some measures for innovation and integration of tourism service based on the supply chain perspective.
