摘要
学专融合人才培养模式即学生工作与专业教学工作在学生培养目标、培养途经、培养方法等方面的有机融合。本文探讨了学专融合人才培养模式的理论依据和根本目的。
The new training model of the integration of application --oriented talent cultivation in universities is the integration of students＇ learning activities and the practical work places. The article tryied to discuss the new training theory and the main purpose of the model.
