我国农业科技成果转化中科技与金融结合效率研究

Research on the Combining Efficiency of Science and Technology with Finance in Chinese Agricultural Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements

为对我国农业科技成果转化中科技与金融的结合效率进行科学测定,采用农业科技成果转化的各项金融投入与科技产出指标,运用两阶段DEA模型,对我国农业科技成果转化科技金融结合的综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率进行测定,进一步研究了各个投入产出变量的冗余问题。结果表明,我国农业科技成果转化中科技与金融结合整体处于无效状态,其主要原因是直接技术产出不足和技术性收入不足,即在农业科技成果转化中前期研发、中试、熟化环节的效率较低,并提出了针对性的对策建议。

In order to make a scientific determination of the combining efficiency of science and technology with finance in Chinese agricultural transformation of scientific and technological achievements,using two-stage DEA model,we determined comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in the combination by selecting the financial input and output of science and technology indicators in the transformation,and further studied the redundancy problem of each input and output variables. Results showed that the combination of the transformation was in a invalid state,the main reason was the deficiency of technology output and inadequate technical income,the efficiency of previous research,pilot plant and curing link was not high enough. Based on this,some targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
