摘要
青年学生要自觉践行社会主义核心价值观,要勤学、修德、明辨、笃实,但课堂"玩手机"的行为恰恰证明了他们尚没有树立和培育这一核心价值观,故而有必要对这一行为进行深层次的探究。调查和理论分析表明,课堂"玩手机"行为的发生,是多种因素综合作用的结果。对此,短期内适宜通过科学立"法"和严格执"法"来加强学校的宏观管理与教师的微观管理,以帮助学生养成一种规制性的习惯;但长期来看,最重要最根本的还是需要多方合力促使其核心价值观的养成。
Young students should consciously practice the socialist core values, and strive for virtues, discernment, and probity. But their playing with mobile phones in classroom evidences that they have yet to set up such ideologies. So it is necessary to study this behavior in-depth. Results of both investigation and theoretical analyses show that it is caused by multiplied factors. Short-term and long-term measures shall be combined to address this problem. In other words, rules are to be erected and executed to regulate their acts; and joint efforts made to nurture their sense of morality.
