摘要
目的:通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立补骨脂药材的指纹图谱,研究不同剂量钴-60(60Co-γ)射线辐照对有效成分的影响。方法:利用HPLC法,以Shim-Pack VP-ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱作分离柱;乙腈、水为流动相作梯度洗脱,检测波长为246 nm。结果:确定了8个共有峰,不同剂量辐照前后补骨脂药材指纹图谱的相似度为0.999~1.000,且方法学考察符合规定的标准。结论:不同剂量辐照前后补骨脂药材有效成分无明显变化。
Objective: Establish the fingerprint of psoralea corylifolia by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), to study the influence of different doses 60 Co-γ irradiation on the effective components. Methods: Carring out the method for HPLC. We use Shim- Pack VP-ODS (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column as detached dowel and a mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase for gradient elution, the detection wavelength was set at 246 rim. Results: Fingerprint was established with 8 common peaks, the similarity was in the range of 0. 999 - 1. 000, and methodology reached the required standard. Conclusion:The effective ingredients of fructus psoralea had no obvious change before and after 60 ^Co-γ irradiation with different doses.
