摘要
针对某乘用车换挡性能较差问题,通过对各种影响因素进行详细的故障树分析,其根本原因为变速器内部选换挡机构和拨叉轴结构存在设计缺陷。经过理论分析及试验验证,通过优化选换挡机构上拨头长度及选挡定位销结构,优化拨叉轴上定位凹槽角度,结合齿改为不对称齿等措施有效解决了问题,提升了整车换挡性能,并为后期解决类似问题提供参考依据。
Aiming to the poor shift performance problems of a car, through fault tree analysis of various influence factors in detail, the fimdamental reason is that the inside shift mechanism of the gearbox and fork shaft structure design have flaws. Through theoretical analysis and test, by measures such as increasing the locating pin structure and changing the length of the selector fork,and improving the groove angle of the fork shaft, using the asymmetric combining tooth, the problems are effectively solved. The transmission performance of the vehicle is improved and reference basis is provided to solve similar problems in future.
