摘要
汽车在加速行驶过程中需具备一定的直线行驶稳定性,而四轮定位参数、轮胎锥度力、零部件加工制造精度、整车质心、整车动力及传动系统布置等因素均会破坏此稳定性而导致汽车加速跑偏,在解决跑偏过程中需逐一排查确定主因。通过对某SUV车型的驱动半轴结构参数进行改进,有效解决了该车型加速跑偏问题。
Vehicles should have certain straight driving stability during speeding up, while four-wheel positioning parameters, tire conicity, parts and components manufacturing precision, vehicle mass, vehicle power and drive system layout and other factors will destroy the stability and lead to acceleration deviation. The factors should be investigated one by one to determine the main cause of the deviation during the process. In this paper, some changes are made to the drive axle structure parameters of an SUV model, an effective solution is achieved to the problem of vehicle acceleration deviation.
