摘要
采用氧化、磺化方法改性处理碱木素,并与脂肪族减水剂接枝缩合,制备了改性碱木素减水剂(GJM),对其结构进行了表征;研究了GJM的红外光谱、表面张力、水泥颗粒表面的吸附、Zeta电位及其在水泥混凝土中的应用性能,同时分析了作用机理。结果表明,碱木素经改性后克服了碱木素本身引气过大的缺陷,且减水率提高。GJM掺量为0.5%时,3d、7d和28d混凝土抗压强度比分别为143%、132%和138%;掺量为0.8%时,混凝土减水率为18.1%。
Aimed at the aliphatic modification for alkali lignin, the solicitation oxidation, sulphonation and graft condensation processing parameters for preparation aliphatic modified alkali lignin plasticizer (6JM) were investigated. The characteristics of 6JM were evaluated by measuring its IR spectrum, surface tension of GJM water solution, adsorbed amount on cement grains and zeta potential of cement, gxperimental results indicate that after modification by alkali lignin, the defect of overlarge entraining is overcome and the water reducing rate is increased. When the mixing amount is 0.5%, 3 days, 7 days and 28 days compressive strength ratio of concrete adding water-reducing rate GJM are 143%, 132% and 138% respectively, when the mixing amount is 0.8%, can reach 18.1%.
