超声机TIS、MI参数对脂肪肝B超图像纹理特征的影响初步研究

A Preliminary Study about the Effect of TIS and MI on the Texture Features in Ultrasonic Fatty Liver Images

采用灰度共生矩阵提取不同超声TIS、MI参数下大白兔非酒精性脂肪肝超声图像的纹理特征,研究了TIS、MI及灰度直方图的变化对其产生的影响。结果表明,TIS、MI变化时,脂肪肝超声图像纹理特征值基本保持稳定,而正常肝的超声图像纹理特征值会出现变化;灰度直方图的改变不影响特征值对脂肪肝和正常肝的区分,也不影响其随TIS、MI变化的趋势。

The texture features in nonalcoholic fatty liver ultrasonic imagesof rabbit are extracted by using gray level co-occurrence matrixwith the different setting of TIS and MI,to study the impacts of TIS,MI and histogram on the texture features.The experimental results demonstrated that the texture features of fatty liver ultrasonic images are stable with the change of TIS and MI,while there do have some changes for the healthy liver images.The distinction between fatty and healthy liver by features and their trends with TIS,MI changes are independent of the changes in gray-histogram.
