摘要 通过对现行高校教师教学质量评价方法的归纳和分析,对其存在的不足进行总结,提出一种基于后验信息的教学质量评价方法,作为现行教学质量评价方法的补充,以期对高校教师的教学质量做出更加客观、公正的评价。 The teacher's present teaching quality assessment approach in institution of higher education was summarized and analyzed, and the disadvantages of whieh was concluded. A new assessments based on posterior information was presented there and as a supplement of present methods, in order to promote the teaching quality's further improvement, and the results are more Objective and justice.
