摘要
以热塑性丁苯橡胶(SBS)为主体材料,采用混合溶剂体系,通过使用纳米碳酸钙(nano-Ca CO3)、萜烯树脂(TR),研制出一种轻质装饰板材用免钉胶。研究了橡胶配比、混合溶剂的配比、nano-Ca CO3和TR用量对免钉胶性能的影响。结果表明,当w(星型SBS):w(线性SBS)=5:5、v(MB):v(120#):v(DMK)=40:40:20、w(nano-Ca CO 3)=15%、w(TR)=12%时,制得的免钉胶综合性能优异,具有良好的应用前景。
A nail-free adhesive for wallboards was prepared, taking the thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber (SBS) as the matrix material, a mixed solvent system, nano calcium carbonate(nano-CaCO3) and terpene resin (TP). The mixing ratio of SBS, the mixing ratio of mixed solvents, the contents of nano-CaCO3 and TR on the performance of nail- free adhesive were investigated. The results showed that when the mixing ratio ofw(star SBS) : w(linear SBS) was 5 : 5 , the mixing ratio ofv(MB): v(120# solvent oil): v(DMK) was 40: 40: 20, and the mass contents ofnano-CaCO3 TR were 1S% and 12%, respectively, the obtained nail-free adhesive had excellent comprehensive capability and a bright application prospect.
