住院患者中医适宜技术应用依从性现状分析

Analysis on TCM Suitable Technology Compliance of the Inpatients

目的:掌握住院患者中医适宜技术应用依从性现状,为住院患者全面推广中医适宜技术提供理论依据及解决思路。方法:选择市、县、乡三级医院具有中医适宜技术治疗医嘱的住院患者450例,自制问卷调查表,对患者进行中医适宜技术依从性调查。结果:450例患者中出现了依从性不佳278例(61.78%),患者年龄越小、学历越高依从性越差,职业中以干部的依从性最差。结论:在住院患者进行中医适宜技术治疗的依从性较差,且与年龄、学历、职业等有一定相关性。

Objective： To provide theoretical evidence and the thinking for the spreading of TCM suitable technology by grasping the compliance of the inpatients. Methods： All 450 patients were selected from municipal, county and township tertiary hospitals in which there were medical advices of TCM suitable technology, and they were investigated by self-made questionnaires. Results： There were 278 cases with poor compliance among 450 patients （61.78%）, The younger the patients were, the higher educational background they had, the poorer the compliances were, the compliances of the cadres were the poorest among the patients. Conclusion： Therapeutic compliance of the inpatients who received TCM suitable technology is poorer, it＇s related to age, educational background, occupation and others to a certain degree.
