金黄膏治疗特应性皮炎45例

Jin Huang Ointment in Treating 45 Cases of Atopic Dermatitis

目的：观察金黄膏治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,分别外用金黄膏、凡士林软膏薄涂于患处,最大面积不超过人体1/3为宜,每日1~2次。观察治疗前及治疗2周和4周时EASI评分和对金葡菌定植情况。结果：金葡菌转阴率治疗2周时2组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗4周时比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。EASI评分治疗2周、4周时2组均明显降低（P〈0.05）,治疗组降低更明显（P〈0.05）。总有效率治疗组为73.3%,对照组为51.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：金黄膏治疗特应性皮炎临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy offinHuang ointment in treating atopic dermatitis. Methods： Ninety patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, applied to JinHuang ointment and Vaseline ointment extemally, thinly smeared the affected place, maximum area is no larger than 1/3 of human body, once to twice each day. EASI scales and planting conditions of Staphylococcus aureus （SA） were observed before treating, in two and four weeks after treating. Results： The difference had no statistical meaning in SA negative conversion rate between both groups in two weeks after treating （P〉0.05）; it had statistical meaning in four weeks after treating （P〈0.05）. EASI scales of the both groups decreased notably in two and four weeks after treating （P〈0.05）, the decrease of the treatment group was more notable （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.3%, higher than 51.1% of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： JinHuang ointment could obtain notable effects in treating atopic dermatitis.
