桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗慢性盆腔炎性继发不孕症36例

Modified Gui Zhi Fu Ling Pill in the Treatment for 36 Patients Suffering from Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Induced Infertility

目的:观察桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各36例。2组患者均于经前3天开始给予西医常规治疗:头孢曲松钠4 g及甲硝唑1 g静脉滴注,1次/d。观察组在此基础上加服桂枝茯苓丸,每日1剂,水煎分服。2组均以连续用药10天为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为94.44%,对照组为61.11%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组输卵管正常比例高于对照组(P<0.05),通而不畅的比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:枝茯苓丸治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著,能明显改善患者输卵管通畅度。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of modified GuiZhi FuLing pill in treating chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods： Seventy-two patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 36 cases each group. Both groups accepted routine western medicine during three days before the menstrual period： ceftriaxone sodium, 4g and metronidazole glucose, lg, intravenous dripping, once per day. The observation group took GuiZhi FuLing pill, once per day, water decocted. Ten days were one course of the treatment, clinical effects were observed after treating for three consecutive courses of the treatment. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%, higher than 61.11% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The observation group was higher than the control group in the ratio of normal fallopian tube（P〈0.05）, unobstructed but unsmooth ratio was lower than 33.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： GuiZhi FuLing pill could obtain notable effects in treating chronic pelvic inflammation, and it could improve fallopian tube patency of the patients notably.
