摘要
目的:观察黄芪注射液联合VSD促进小腿创面肉芽组织生长的临床疗效。方法:将63例患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组30例,治疗组在生理盐水中加入黄芪注射液灌洗,对照组予生理盐水灌洗,创面肉芽组织生长良好后予游离全厚植皮或局部转移皮瓣覆盖创面。比较2组的创面肉芽组织生长情况及行二期手术闭合创面时间。结果:创面肉芽组织生长情况评分、行二期手术闭合创面的时间2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小腿开放性创面,行VSD引流后加入中药黄芪注射液灌洗与用生理盐水灌洗相比较,能更有效地促进肉芽组织生长,缩短治疗周期。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of HuangQi injection combined with VSD in promoting granulation tissue growth of crural wound. Methods： All 63 patients were randomized into 33 cases of the treatment group and 30 cases of the control group randomly, the treatment group accepted the lavage with physiological saline and HuangQi injection, the control group the lavage with physiological saline, the patients were given free full thickness skin-grafting or local flaps when granulation tissue grew better. To compare the growth of granulation tissue in the wound between both groups and wound closure time of the two-stage operation. Results： The difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of granulation tissue growth scales and closure time of the wound in the two-stage operation between both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with physiological saline, lavage with HuangQi injection after VSD drainage could effectively promote the growth of granulation tissue of crural open wound and shorten therapeutic cycles.
