康妇炎胶囊预防人工流产术后盆腔炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Kang Fu Yan Capsules in Preventing Pelvic Inflammation after Artificial Abortion

目的:观察康妇炎胶囊在人工流产术后预防盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:将600例行人工流产术的患者随机分为2组,2组术后给予常规治疗,观察组同时服用康妇炎胶囊,2 g/次,3次/d。2组均连续治疗7天。结果:治疗后观察组子宫内膜炎、输卵管炎、盆腔腹膜炎和卵巢囊肿发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组白带增多、腰腹部疼痛、经量增多、经期延长、月经异常的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康妇炎胶囊可减少人工流产术后不良反应及盆腔炎症的发生率。

Objective： To survey clinical effects of KangFuYan capsules in the prevention of pelvic inflamma- tion after artificial abortion. Methods： Six hundred patients were randomized into two group, both group accepted rou- tine treatment after the operation, the observation took KangFuYan capsules at the same time, 2g each time, three times per day, both groups were treated for seven consecutive days. Results： After treating, the observation group was lower than the control group in the incidences of endometritis, salpingitis, pelvic peritonitis and oophoritic cyst notably （/〈0.05）. After treating, the observation group was lower than the control group remarkably in the incidences of leuk- orrhagia, lumbar and abdominal pain, increased menstrual volume, prolonged menstrual period and abnormal men- struation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： KangFuYan capsules could reduce the incidences of pelvic inflammation and adverse reaction after artificial abortion.
